Goals in your Class Room

Learn how to get the most out of the library resources that are available both on and off campus and how to look up books in the online catalog and scholarly peer-reviewed journal articles in the online databases for your discipline. You will evaluate sources for research and learn advanced search techniques and classification systems using the library’s online databases. Also, learn how to find and evaluate web-based information and sources for research to ensure the information provided will be accurate, credible, up to date, and of high quality.

Registration is required since seats are limited. At the Institute, continental breakfast and lunch will be served. Additionally, all institute workshops will provide a stipend to eligible participants.
