Dr. Cristi D. Ford has expertise in online pedagogy as well as program planning and evaluation. Her expertise expands in many areas within online education including building new online learning programs and research related to teaching and learning in the online environment. In 2013, she was received a Best-In-Track award from the Online Learning Consortium for a paper entitled, “Three Institutions, Three Missions, One Goal: Addressing Quality Assurance in Online Education.
She currently offers workshops to college campuses and faculty across the country as a Quality Matters certified facilitator. She currently serves as Assistant Vice Provost for Learning Innovation Initiatives at the University of Maryland University College. Dr. Ford holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and undergraduate and graduate degrees in the field of Psychology from Hampton University and University of Baltimore, respectively.
Alexei Oulanov, PhD, MBA, MSLIS is an Associate Professor at the Medgar Evers College of CUNY. Alexei is a deputy chair of the Department of Library & Information Services. Alexei is also Information Literacy Coordinator and a librarian. Alexei teaches a credit-bearing course LIB 100 Library & Research methods in face-to-Minface, hybrid, and fully-online formats. He also teaches a number of workshops, seminars, and participates in other kinds of Information Literacy forums. His research focus is in Human-Computer Interaction and he presented at numerous Information-Literacy-related conferences. Alexei authored 4 books, and a number of peer-reviewed journal articles.
Chelsea Jenkins is the Senior Training and Development Specialist at Echo360 who develops and implements creative training initiatives and strategies that assist educational institutions reach their academic goals. Ms. Jenkins has been with Echo360 for four years now, joining the team as a result of the LectureTools acquisition. Her experience and multi-faceted capabilities are rooted in media and technologies in the classroom, combined with marketing, technical support, and broadcasting experience. Her responsibilities as a Senior Training and Development Specialist involve traveling across America and sharing the the latest innovations in active learning, lecture capture, and engagement tools in the sectors of higher education, government, and corporate learning. She takes great pride, and embraces the challenge and excitement in contributing to the revolutionary enhancement in how educators teach and how students learn. Still residing in Ann Arbor, she is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A in English (with an emphasis in Communication Arts) and has since elevated her skills through post-graduate studies in multimedia communications, broadcasting and production.
Stephen Wymore is the Director of the Medgar Evers College Ed Tech Center and is the Medgar Evers College CUNY Blackboard Administrator. Formerly the Technical Director of the Film & Video Department of Long Island University and Instructor of Film and Video Production at Long Island University, SUNY Ulster Community College, SUNY Dutchess Community College, CUNY City Tech and Pratt Institute. Mr Wymore has worked on numerous media and music projects and is currently in pre-production for the Netflix feature "Motoconcho" He is a graduate of the San Francisco Art institute with a BFA in Filmmaking.
